Crossbreed Holding Company Limited is a Gambian registered company specializing in air transport consultancy and related services. The Company, registered in The Gambia with Company Registration Nr. 2018/C6334 has its offices situated at 32A, Brusubi Phase II, Brusubi-Sukuta Highway, West Coast Region, The Gambia. The Company has as shareholders the following:

1. Mr. Bakary Nyassi                     -             50% Shareholding, and
2. Capt. Buba S. Jammeh             -             50% Shareholding.

NHV nv is the company that won an international bid to manage helicopter transport services for FAR Gambia Ltd SAMO-1 deep-water exploration well, offshore Gambia. The other client is a prospective airline, International Jet Ltd, (IJET Airways) situated at IJET House, Bertil Harding Highway, Opposite ECOWAS Office, Bijilo, West Coast Region.
